Dr. Anne Nedrow, Board Certified Internal Medicine specialist and Fellowship trained in Integrative Medicine under Dr. Andrew Weil at University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine has practiced holistic patient centered care for 26 years. The past eleven years (2000-2011) Dr. Nedrow served as Medical Director of Women's Primary Care and Integrative Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University Center for Women's Health. Currently, as Associate Professor in both Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynecology, she continues her primary care clinical practice and medical student teaching emphasizing wellness, stress hardiness and resiliency training. Dr. Nedrow believes the roots of health reform require free public education on lifestyle change, motivational techniques and coaching to improve health. This website is dedicated to combining fun and purpose to promoting health reform through encouraging grassroots support and momentum building for accountability in our healthcare system to ultimately reward health rather than illness.
